Teaching Assistant

Willingdon Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in our Early Years classes two days per week (Thursday and Friday). The successful applicant will work under direction from our EYFS Lead. You should be able to build strong positive relationships with children, staff and parents. You will be part of a team of dedicated, motivated staff working hard to achieve the best outcomes for our children. You will be required to provide class cover as per the job description and work with small groups of children giving targeted interventions. Lunchtime cover is also a part of the role. Previous Early Years experience is preferred.

The hours of employment as a Teaching Assistant are 12 hours per week 8.45am to 3.15pm Thursday and Friday in term time. The salary will be pro rata.
