Individual Needs Assistant

Willingdon Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs. The successful applicant will work under direction from our Inclusion Manager, and will have the privilege of supporting a child with global developmental delay and SLCN (speech, language and communication needs).

The hours of employment as an Individual Needs Assistant are 16 hours and 15 minutes per week 8.45am to 12pm Monday to Friday term time. The salary will be pro rata.

This is a fixed term post until July 2026.
